The cleaning service is done from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm WITHOUT EXCEPTION, after that time our chambermaids will only be assigned the rooms that are departures.
In case of requiring a room change, please request it BEFORE 12:00 pm, after that time it will not be possible to make a change.
Payment for the room must be made in advance, at the time of check-in. Rooms can be paid in cash or by credit and debit card or payment link only.
We cannot guarantee a specific room, but we can hold a room with similar characteristics. If you decide to extend your stay, we will try to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee that it will be the same room.
Minors are not allowed.
Payments made for booking purposes are non-refundable in case of same day cancellations or no shows, and do not apply for stays on other dates in case of agency bookings.
A deposit of $1,000.00 pesos in local currency is required to cover loss of property items. This can be in cash or through a signed voucher of your VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS card. This will be returned to you once you have formally completed your departure, as long as there are no outstanding debts with us, this will be after proceeding to examine the room, white, controls, etc. This can also be a guarantee in case you want to extend your stay, or future reservations.
Please always carry your keys with you. If you lose your set of keys, you will be charged $300.00 pesos for each lost key.
It is forbidden to use room towels outside; this establishment provides towels for your exclusive use. In case of loss or damage of the towel, the customer will pay the amount of the same.
Check out time is 11:00 am and check in time is 3:00 pm, in case of leaving after 12:00 pm will be charged a fee of $150.00 pesos per hour. A full night will be charged after 4:00 pm.
It is essential that all persons occupying the room are present. If any person is not present at check-in, please provide us with the full name of the person who will be arriving during your stay.
Per additional person (maximum 2 persons in double occupancy) per additional person $423.00 Pesos.
All our rooms are NON-SMOKING please avoid extra charges on your bill.
Visitors are welcome in our hotel from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and are only allowed in common areas, they are not allowed in the rooms.
Receptionists are trained to assist you with travel planning, taxi, or medical assistance.
Calls coming into the hotel for you will be forwarded from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
For those requiring a taxi to the airport, it is necessary to order one day in advance.
There is a safe deposit box in each room for your convenience, we will be happy to provide you with the key for a deposit which will be returned to you upon return of the key and/or room check out.
The hotel is not responsible for the loss of items not deposited in the safe deposit box.
We ask for total silence after 9:00 pm, guests who need to use any sound or computer equipment are requested to use the minimum audio level so as not to disturb other guests in the surrounding rooms.
Please turn off air conditioners and fans that are not in use, check that electronic devices are turned off and gas burners on cookers are turned OFF.
Hotel parking is subject to availability and is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. In case the vehicle is left in the car park it is necessary that the key is handed in at the front desk in case the car needs to be moved so that another guest can leave.
